Our Services

Kitchens

Starting at: $60k

The kitchen is the heart of the home. Where families gather to cook, eat, and socialize. A well-designed and updated kitchen can make your home more inviting and enjoyable. If your kitchen is outdated, cramped, or inefficient, a remodel can help you to create a more functional and stylish space that you will love spending time in. A remodeled kitchen can also add value to your home, making it more marketable if you decide to sell in the future.

Bathrooms

Starting at: $20k

Your bathroom is one of the most important rooms in your home. It is where you start and end your day, and it is a place where you can relax and rejuvenate. If your bathroom is outdated, it can be a source of stress and frustration. A modern bathroom can make your mornings and evenings more enjoyable, and it can also add value to your home.

 FAQs

  • Your remodeling project will most likely cost more and take longer than you think. Final costs are always determined by the size and complexity of the renovation and the cost of the selected finishes. To estimate any project, we use a Fixed Cost system. We take into account all the costs of a project—labor, materials, and other business expenses—and we stick to them. If we plan for five days and it ends up taking seven, then you’ll never see a bill for the additional two days. The only time the cost will change is if you ask for a change in scope or if we come across unforeseen issues (like a dramatic change in the price of materials). This is what it means to be a good steward.

You are free to find and purchase your selections from anywhere and we can also help with that for a cost plus markup. We may be able to get you an industry discount depending on what you're looking at!

  • In short, it depends. It depends on the size and scope of the work. Some projects can be as short as three weeks (for example, a small bathroom remodel). Others can take six months (for example, a large addition or a whole-house remodel). Our planning process includes a full project schedule that we share with you so that you can plan for when you can have full use of your home again.

  • While there will be time required for very important project decisions, we’ll follow your lead on your involvement. Our goal is to provide as stress-free of an experience as possible. For some, that looks like minimal time involvement, where we provide updates and only reach out to the client for pertinent decisions. For others, that looks like lots of collaboration, with frequent communication and meetings for all of the pieces to come together. Our team takes pride in our flexibility, and we’ll work to your preferred style to minimize or maximize your involvement in the project.

  • We keep you in the loop as your project unfolds and do all of the heavy lifting for you.

We understand any remodeling project can be stressful and having strangers working in your home can be unpleasant. Our goal at RAW Renovation is to make your time with us as enjoyable and pleasant as possible, while offering transparency that is often missing in a contracting business.

We don't waste your time and make every effort to get the job done right and fast, so that you can go on with your life enjoying your new space.

  • Basements - Your basement is a great place to add more space to your home. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as a family room, home office, bedroom, or even a rental unit. If your basement is unfinished, it can be a relatively inexpensive way to add more living space to your home.

Rental Remodels - Remodeling a rental property can be a great way to increase rent and make your property more attractive to tenants. By making updates to the property, you can improve its curb appeal, make it more energy-efficient, and add new amenities that tenants will appreciate. These improvements can make your property more competitive in the rental market and allow you to charge higher rent.

Pre Sale Updates - When renovating a home to sell, it is important to focus on the areas that will have the biggest impact on buyers. These areas include the kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. It is also important to make sure that the home is in good overall condition and that any repairs are made before putting it on the market.

Full Home Remodels - Remodeling an entire home can be a complex and time-consuming process, but a very rewarding experience to create a beautiful and functional home that will be your happy place for years to come.

Exteriors - Improving the appearance and functionality of your outdoor space can make your home live larger and give you that sense of happy when you come home or go outside to spend time.

Custom Creations - Custom touches throughout your home make it feel like yours - or in the case of a sale or remodel give it those special pieces that others can envision making their own. From custom cabinetry to concrete vanities and live edge beds and tables see what we can do to make your space feel special.
